What happens to your brief.

Your project

Simara stores your brief, revisions, model-generated drafts, usage records and reports. Until you confirm your email they are an unverified draft and are deleted after 90 days. Once you confirm a work email they are kept as part of your business relationship with Simara until you ask for deletion, and Simara may use them internally to test and improve the Studio. The report-writing model receives your brief through OpenRouter. The selected model may change in Simara admin; each report records the model used. Routing excludes endpoints configured to collect data, but this is not a promise of zero retention or UK-only processing.

Use a process description with fictional or anonymised examples. Do not include passwords, API keys, confidential customer records or unnecessary personal data. The Studio produces a planning proposal; it does not connect to or execute actions in your business systems.

Private access

A necessary browser cookie keeps your projects associated with this browser. It expires after 90 days. Private report access cookies last seven days. Anyone with an emailed access link can open that report until the link expires, so keep the link private. Simara administrators can view reports and linked contact records to provide the service.

Email and contact details

A report needs a verified work email. Simara stores your name, work email, company, organisation size, role and optional phone number as a business lead, with the choices you made. SMTP2GO processes the emails. The Studio provides one report per email address; revisions of that report are included. If you submit a second brief, it is kept on record, no report is generated, and Simara will contact you about it. Requesting an architecture review and subscribing to updates are separate, optional choices.

Downloading your report does not require marketing consent. A review request lets Simara contact you about that project.

Deletion and questions

You can delete a project in the Studio, which removes its reports and linked contacts and revokes private links. Anonymous spending totals remain to enforce service limits. To ask about access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of marketing consent, email hello@simara.ai. Emails already delivered to your inbox cannot be removed by deleting a project.
